Conference registrants are invited to banquet style meals on Friday dinner, Saturday lunch, Saturday dinner, and Sunday lunch.  See the example menu's below.

In addition, a cash kiosk will be available for registrants, which will feature:
  • coffee, $1.50/cup
  • energy bars
  • muffins
  • whole fruit

Italian Dinner Buffet
  • Buffet style house garden salad 
  • Vegan rolls w/ non-dairy margarine

Salad & Soup Lunch Buffet
  • Salad buffet to include mixed greens, grape tomatoes, baby carrots, broccoli florets, sliced cucumbers, croutons, sliced green onions, sweet pickles, pickled peppers, fried onions, dried cherries, sunflower seeds, garbanzo beans, black beans, and vegan salad dressings
  • Vegan rolls w/ margarine (vegan non-dairy)
  • Garden Vegetable Soup with kidney beans and brown rice

Mexican Dinner Buffet
